Vacuum De-Elevator/Elevator
The vacuum de-elevator/elevator uses a perforated conveyor chain and a vacuum generator to hold the container in place whilst it's transported up or down to the required level of height. Typically used where a small change in conveyor level is required on empty/lightweight containers.

This type of design has the advantage of a small narrow footprint, allowing integration into areas where multiple conveyor lines are close together and a side grip system simply would not fit. These units are a perfect application in our Route Selection Matrix System.

The vacuum generator can be situated a short distance away, clear of the conveyor lines for easy access. The vacuum motor is enclosed in a sound insulated box, with a high vertical exhaust duct for safety.
